马华需要第5名部长入阁
对于蔡明水（道德有污点就不能领导马华）；tang kayan（批评，须具建设性）；
kelvin lok；Sam J S Ting（为何不给机会有能者呢？）；Seng S Ong（难道没
有其它有能力的领导人？）等人在<当今大马>议论马华，蔡细历与道德课题，
略感言而未尽，容我再提些见解。
蔡细历重返马华的高峰，证明他确实是有意延续其为民付出，贡献与牺牲的意愿。
只是问题在于，他是否只能选择在党内服务，而不能回到政府内服务？
社会大众的思维，民风民情的客观因素肯定是领导人考量蔡细历是否能够代表
政府的因素，相信翁诗杰是如此，阿都拉与纳吉都是如此。
显然的，个人的表现应该比个人的私隐来得重要 。问题并不在于能不能够领导
，而是能力，服务及表现能够有多好！
在〞没有领袖是不能被取代〞的道理下，不妨试一试后续领袖，真的做不好，就
等著面对后果，或者还赶得及在紧急关头才由蔡细历来取代（假如真的是领袖没
像他这样的做得好），那时就是自打嘴巴引咎下台以外，还在史册此留污名！
经过308大选后，马华的领导层断层是不争的事实，能够有资深领袖去面对混乱的
政局，只要能够以表现来让华社信服与接纳，又有何不可 ？
不如就让人民去判断是否有负委托。一个给人民／基层／党／政府信心与表现的
领袖 ，绝不会轻易被遗弃。
马华也不需要俯首于巫统来决定本身在政府的代表人选，唯一的考量是领袖的道
德操守是否可以被接受。民风或政治需求孰重孰轻，当是马华领导层需深思的问
题，尤其是目前需〞勒令〞巫统必须改革的局势之下。
以蔡细历一向来的出众与杰出服务精神，甭置疑他的能力。反正国阵考虑增加各族
人民团结协商理事会，为何不能让马华在政府内阁中拥有5名部长（增加1个首相署
部长）以解决党代表的分配问题 ！

I agree with your point of view.
It is who is the culprit to monitor the Dr Chua's scandal is the priority to be ruled out before furthering more degrading of his morality status.
If the person holds the secret of Dr Chua illicit affair with other woman with highly morality, he should practically give an advice to Dr Chua to show he is ethical and comrade related within the same party. But he didn't. He is none of it. He immorally used it to destroy Dr Chua purposely.
At the side of Dr Chua's family facing unexpected disaster turmoil, he is definitely responsible for it. It is indisputable that his merit is badly marred by himself in his life.
He promptly asked for his family's forgiven and immediately apologized to public, it shows that he is repentant.
But his meritocracy is given back by his supporters within the party. He is officially elected to seat the place of No 2 to help developing and reforming the party.
Why discriminate his existing within the party is unsuitable to be a leader?
The head of the Chinese based political party, with the name of OTK, tries to perfect himself by criticizing Dr Chua is unsuitable to be seated in high place like him. From the criticism he made upon Dr Chua, it automatically shows that he won't be as perfect as he thought of himself. He can't take it easy, it means he isn't as ethical as he shows off himself by speaking in chewing words and biting sentences. That makes him look ugly when he twists his mouth, crumple his face in order to chew his words and bite his sentences.
Can he make himself as important as other abangs within BN? This is the most important task to carry out, if he wants Chinese to support his party. Otherwise, how to parallel himself in the cabinet with others? With out the support from Chinese, how can he be able to speak loudly?
He can only chew his words and bite his sentences............
Poor man, Lord! help him.
Don't tell lie you want to work for all people of Malaysia. Your reaction towards Dr Chua is shown that you work for your own selfishness.
